Sanitize feature wrinkles clothes

This unit was purchased to replace a broken washer. It was on sale for a great price. I should have done some research. The washer has a sanitize cycle that can not be deactivated. When washing with cold water clothes are sanitized at the end and are hot and very wrinkled. The dryer even on the hottest setting does not get the wrinkles out of the clothes. I have never had a problem with clothes being wrinkled after drying in any machine Ive ever used. Im 55 and have used multiple types of washers and dryers. I hope I save someone a headache and more clothes to iron.

I purchased this product 2 months ago and I love it. I had a problem that I thought was theirs but it turns out it was the plug that you plug this product into. The electrician repaired the plug with minumum cost.

The Worst Customer Service Ever

Great looking washer/dryer But the experience ordering it thru LG was abysmal. Was supposed to be delivered April 23rd. They never showed up. Support was less than helpful. Didnt arrive til almost 1 month later. I asked support what my family was supposed to do with no washer/dryer for a month and they suggested finding a laundromat. When it finally was delivered they installed it while making the water hookup inaccessible. And they never turned the water on. Even tho I paid for installation they left it in a non functioning state. I had to then hire a plumber to figure out a way to access the water hookup behind it just to turn it on. Ordering this thru LG was a complete nightmare with truly awful customer service. Never again.

I love this the smart features are incredible. I have not used the app yet but the ability of the washer and dryer to sense the load type and make a suggestion are AMAZING. It is super duper quiet and you can easily run both washer and dryer simultaneously. I LOVE that it is so energy efficient compared to my last set. :
