Great unit, initially tricky to turn on but once you read the instructions in detail it is a breeze. Washes the dishes really well and is so quiet. I am really enjoying it

This dishwasher is very quiet. The dishes come out clean, but slightly damp. Utensil caddy fits oddly, there doesn't seem to be a designated space for it.

I find that the machine works well. The light cycle is good for dishes and glassware. I needed an 18 inch due to space restrictions. However, I hate the silverware basket. The two shorter sections are unnecessary and the sorter lid doesn't accommodate my flatware. It didn't need an upgrade.

After using this small dishwasher for the past 6 months, overall we are happy with it.
Pros:
SUPER quiet! Love that.
Haven't used Sanitize option yet, but nice to have.
Hidden controls looks nice.
Cons:
Bottom Rack has large spaces between wires, making it hard to use for smaller items(this is the reason I left off a star)
No drying feature, but hasn't been a huge problem. May have to hand dry plastic items.
Also, the musical notification is pleasant, and very quiet, which can be good or bad depending on how well you hear.

I am very disappointed that this dishwasher does NOT have a drying cycle. You have to open the door when finished, let the steam out and air dry them. I have never heard of such a thing...how awful to let the humidity and hot water steam into your home. Really, Really disappointed. Do not like this unit and wish I didn't have it!

I love this new dishwasher. It is so quite and quick. Even though there is not a drying cycle once the dishwasher has completed its cycle open the door and the dishes dry!

This is my first dishwasher in 14 years. I am thrilled with it. The best feature is it's quietness. I live in a small space. My kitchen and living area are almost one. I can hear my television or a conversation with no interruption from my dishwasher. You'd hardly know that it is running.
Second best feature is how clean everything comes out! Much more shiney and clean than when done by hand.

We forgot to get dishwasher detergent and just ran to cycle we had put a non pre-washed orange danish pan that had set out all day. The pan came out clean as a whistle without any detergent. We are extremely pleased.

Love this! Install was relatively easy and quick, looks great, good capacity, very quiet. Only drawback is dishes are not completely dry. Definitely would recommend!

There is not a heated dry setting on this dishwasher. you must open the door as soon as it's Clean cycle is completed to dry the dishes. Poor option for the amount of money I spent.

I waited almost four months for this dishwasher due to the pandemic closing factories. It arrived today, and I know I'll love it as I had the other dishwasher (GE) for about 17 years I think. I have other GE products too such as my washer/dryer which I adore, love doing laundry in it. So the dishwasher has not been used as of yet, but it will be perfect!

A low noise level was the key factor when purchasing my first dishwasher. I was impressed with the noise rating of the Profile Series 18 inch washer and it is very quiet.
After I bought it --but before having it installed -- I came across comments complaining that dishes do not come out dry. The owner's manual clearly states that the door must be opened immediately after the cycle is finished in order to dry the dishes. That is what I do and I have had no problem with wet dishes.

Though the dishwasher looks nice, it leaves much to be desired. Compared to the old dishwasher (of the same size) it replaced, this one is quite ineffective at drying the dishes AND the bottom rack seems to have been designed for small dish sets, not for full-size plates and bowls. The delayed start feature is convenient, though.

I just turned 60 & have never owned a dishwasher (it was on my bucket list). Just had our kitchen remodeled & was able to incorporate an 18" dishwasher
