I am very disappointed in your product. We had a service call to check the problem. If we put something in the oven and it requires 30 minutes of cooking time; we have to cook it for 45 minutes. Even when we use convection cooking; the time to cook is longer than the recipe says it should take. If you can explain why this is happening with your; then tell your maintenance department to come repair my oven. It has been installed for less than 6 months.

I love my new oven. I have been waiting since December to get it! My last oven was also a GE that I had for 21 years. That's the main reason I bought this one. I love the new features, like the roll-out bottom shelf and the angle for plugging in the probe. The old plug-in angle came straight out from the right side of the oven at 90 degrees. This plug-in is slanted more forward, towards the door on the left side, making it much easier to see and to use for a right-handed person. The controls are easy to use and "disappear" when not in use, giving a very clean, sleek look to the oven.

Did not work after 5 days

I honestly can't review the oven as it only worked for five days then wouldn't heat past 100 deg. I called the service company who were prompt in diagnosing the issue. The main control board was not functioning. The part was ordered and I am now awaiting the repair of my oven. Prior to this oven I had a GE that served me well for about 25 years, so I did not hesitate to purchase another. I am wondering now if this oven is a lemon. Fortunately I have an extended warranty on the oven so time will tell. As is obvious I am not thrilled with the product so far. I waited for 3 1/2 months for it to be available, oven- less. I am hoping that this is not a quality issue, as in they don't make things like they used to.

Purchased a new home with GE appliances. Seemed cool to have WIFI and preheating options without interacting with the oven. Used the oven a total of 3 times and it started flashing error code 200. Had someone come out. He had to come out twice - first to diagnose the problem I reported to GE, and second to replace the two parts he said were most likely causing the problem. He left and 1 hour later it started flashing the same code. Had a GE technician come out to test. Hooked up to the oven to figure out that the temp probe was reporting accurate but the board was reading 1000 degrees. Replaced the same exact parts with the same exact results. I have had a tech out a total of 4 times and have not had a oven working for over a month now. GE tech said nothing else he could do. I'm waiting on GE to replace the oven and have yet to have an answer. It has been 6 days.

Unreliable product and warranty service

The oven stopped working after ~3 months of use. The technician came out within a few days of the warranty claim and ordered the replacement part (heating element), that was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks. 2 months later the part still hasn't arrived and no ETA or tracking number has been provided.

It is ok. It is not the one I wanted. I wanted the solid black one. It would have fit in the kitchen better. I was very,very dissatisfied . I wanted the black one to match my kitchen but you couldn't supply it unless I wanted to wait a year. I hate the stainless steel one. It is not the one that hides finger prints, of course it was not anywhere to buy either. I even checked the Michigan area 49423 where my daughter lives. None anywhere. Can the oven door be exchanged or did you make them different also. I am getting better at uses it to cook. Clock is also too small to see from across the room.

first, i love the look of stainless much better than the white one we had. it's a clean look and being "smudge-proof" really is helpful. the cooking was slightly off my old oven and i adjusted the temp up 4 degrees which brought it in line with what i'm used to. so far, i've made 2 batches of cookies - both turned out PERFECT!! i've also roasted 3 whole chickens using the "convect roast" setting. the first was without the probe. it turned out well. then, the next 2, i used the meat probe. the 1st i set at 157degrees - it was almost perfect........it just needed about 15 extra minutes of cooking. the second, i set at 162 degrees and it cooked it perfectly. also, when cooking heavier foods like chickens, that "easy-slide" rack comes in very handy. at first, i didn't see the point to it. after using it, i love it. some have said they can't hear the timer alarm; but after turning up volume, i can hear it from about 30 feet away - which seems fine to me. my only gripe (if i had to pick one) is the numbers on the clock are very thin and sometimes they blend together - they should have used a different number "font". as far as setting up the oven after startup - it's easy. only thing that confused me was shutting off timer alarm. i'd hit cancel and it worked - but it also shut oven off and i wasn't done with it! i came to find out, if you want oven to stay on, hit the timer button and it'll shut off timer/timer alarm without shutting off oven. my last GE lasted 22 years and i'm hoping for the same from this one. right now, after the first couple weeks - this oven is a winner and i can't be more pleased with it.

I love the sleek design of this oven. It has a proof mode, which I will find very handy, as I make a lot of bread. I am interested in seeing how the probe works, but the unit was just installed and I haven't tried it yet. Great control over temperature, nice big window to see inside, and a handsome look. Easy to install. Not sure about the wifi usefulness, for example it does show up in Google home but can't be controlled that way. I haven't had much luck in using the app so far, it's slow to communicate with the oven. I imagine we'll continue controlling our oven the old fashioned way, with the built in controls.

Installation was straightforward. No fit issues even though the oven replaced another brand. Interior volume is very good for 27" size. Oven is very quiet even with fan running, Controls are simple to use. Unfortunately initial oven calibration was off by 25 degrees F (too hot) but was easy to correct.

I'm TOTALLY in love with this oven. I read many great reviews so decided to look at it more closely. Having been without an oven since May and this was now December, I really had to decide! It arrived December 23 and hubby + son had it fitted that evening. What a joy to bake with such a beautiful oven with a large viewing window and a choice of six rack positions instead of the usual four. The temp is true, it cooks/bakes evenly, love the convection, both shelves cook evenly. Love too that it's Wi-Fi. The MOST IMPORTANT thing for me was finding a 27" wall oven with convection and smooth glide racks! This oven ticked all the boxes. Thank you GE. ❤

Heats slowly, Broke in 1 year, Poor support

Our unit was manufactured 1 year ago and it already stopped working. Several replacement parts are already listed as unavailable, and GE support is very underwhelming. They don't have anyone who can provide even basic support over the phone, and any visit to provide support costs a minimum of over $100. Even when this oven did work, it took too long to heat up, and the interface was finicky.

Great Oven, real workhorse!

We installed this oven about six months ago and it's been great. I've used most of the modes and have been happy with all. It's easy to use and I love that it has a 24-hour clock.

Oven light provides excellent visualization

We really like this oven, cooks very evenly and quickly. It is a bit slow to heat up, but it is easy to adjust for this.

Great product. Only one issue, i wish the timer or announcing alarm when temperature is reached were louder. There may be a fix but haven't check that out yet

Nice Display

We've had our new wall oven in place about a week now. I've used it several times and so far it's really great. The display lights up well and is easy to follow. I've never had a convection oven so I haven't yet tried that feature but everyone told me I needed to get the convection. It's really nice having new stuff.

Easy to install...but haven't used it enough to provide a proper review...the one negative for me is that the fan automatically vents the hot air into the room from the bottom panel. Not an issue if I wanted to heat up my kitchen, but not desirable in Florida. None of my previous ovens have had this feature...won't be using it much during the hot, summer months.

Love the features and intuitive control display.

We love the results of convection baking. Crispy oven fried fish and fries. The conversion from regular to convection cooking is really helpful. The control display is intuitive and lowers the learning curve by about 75%. Great oven!
